Ensure the items are in their original condition and packaging and securely packed and we will let us know when you have dispatched it from your side
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If all is in order, then your refund will be processed within 2 working days. Banking details will be required if you used EFT as payment. If you paid with your card, we will refund your credit or debit card. Alternately we can issue you with store credit for future use on our site.

Special / Customized / Engraved / Sterling Silver orders are exempt from being returned.
Due to Hygienic reasons the following items can under no circumstances be returned:

Body Jewelry including Ball Closure Rings, Balls & Attachments, Barbell and Tongue Rings, Belly Rings & Bananas, Bioflex and PTFE, Body Spirals & Twister Rings, Barbells, Fake Piercing Jewelry, Intimate Piercing, Labret-Monroe, Nipple Piercings, Nose Rings And Studs, Plugs And Tunnels, Retainers, Septum Piercings and rings, Titanium Body Jewelry, Tragus and Helix Piercings
Orders delivered outside of South Africa are exempt from being returned.
Items bought on promotions or special offers cannot be returned or refunded
When 14 days has passed since an item was delivered we unfortunately can’t accept a return.
Gift cards / Gift Vouchers are not returnable / refundable.
Any item returned that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
PROCEDURE FOR REFUNDS:
All refunds requests will be deemed received formally as soon as the “Refund Request Form” is fully completed and received back AND the product you wish to return is received back (in its original packaging and in an unused condition) . You will be notified as soon as the EFT or bank card refund (depending on how you paid) has been made into your account. We try and resolve refunds as soon as possible, however refunds can take up to 3 working days to process and pay out
